When is recruitment?

Recruitment takes place at the beginning of Fall and Winter quarter. We are always recruiting mentees and mentors in the fall, but may only recruit mentees in the winter, depending on our mentor numbers.

Mentees are typically underclassmen or first year transfers while mentors are upperclassmen and second year transfers. We highly encourage mentees to become mentors!

Are you selective?

ALL mentees who apply will be accepted. We are trying to cater our services to all pre-med undergraduates and have no restrictions. On the other hand, we are more selective on who our mentors in order to provide the best for our mentees.

All members are required to be pre-med, pay the annual $5 membership fee, and participate in fundraisers. Attendance to 1 event a quarter is mandatory as well as quarterly office hours with your mentor.

You can form close bonds with your mentors and get great pre-med advice from someone who has been in your shoes. You can meet other pre-meds in our community and learn from our workshops and panels. Our goal is to help you and provide resources so that you can succeed in your path to becoming a doctor!
